GameMonetize and advertising
When you allow and open an embedded game, your browser connects to GameMonetize and potentially its advertising partners. Their own privacy terms and consent mechanisms may apply. Dark River Games does not ask visitors to click ads and does not use automated or incentivized traffic.
Server logs and play counts
Like most websites, our hosting provider can process standard server-log data needed to deliver and secure the site. Dark River Games also keeps aggregate game-play counts so sections such as Most Played and Trending can reflect real activity. These counts are associated with game IDs, not player profiles.
EEA, UK and other regional privacy rules
Advertising consent requirements differ by region. The production advertising setup should use the consent framework required by the relevant advertising partners, including a Google-certified CMP where Google policy requires one for EEA/UK advertising. The site-level privacy controls do not replace a provider-certified advertising CMP.
